Space is subject to availability and on first come first serve basis. We recommend booking your booth early to get location of your choice. 

Shell scheme package is a basic booth package provided by different trade trade shows, it usually includes walls and basic furniture. Contents of shell scheme package vary from show to show. Pl check with our Customer Service Representative. 

We recommend that there shouldn’t be more than 2 company representatives in a 9sqm/ 100sqft booth, so that there is enough room for samples and visiting buyers.

Booth space is subject to availability, but we would recommend that the earlier space booked ,the better, as booth space is allocated on first come first serve basis and good locations get sold out fast.

Yes, we do guide our exhibitors on how to apply for visa of the country of exhibition and we provide official visa invitation letters issued by show organizers to our paid exhibitors.

Trade shows offer a by-default marketing package for all companies – free of cost - which usually includes entry in online and physical show catalogue. If any factory wants to enhance it, we provide them different paid promotional options. We also guide our exhibitors on how to maximize their visibility during the show and encourage them take promotional standees, put QR cards with their website or profile link on their booth counters, posters on booth walls etc. 

Yes, show organizers issue exhibitor badges which are registered and printed at show site. To save our exhibitors the hassle of getting in a queue, we guide them to register online prior to the show.

Exhibiting companies are given access to show site a day before the commencement of exhibition, which is called setup day. Ideal time to come for display on set up day is by around 2pm, this gives exhibitors around 4 hours to finish their goods display work.
